Challenge Of Rural Leadership Course
This two week residential course is run on the Company's behalf
by the Rural Business School of Duchy College in Cornwall. The
background to the course is the range of challenges - political,
financial and environmental - facing rural industries. The
objective of the course is to allow delegates to develop an
understanding and awareness of strategic issues likely to affect
their business, become a better motivator and communicator and gain
a greater insight into rural issues.
The 17th Challenge of Rural Leadership Course will be held
