The Worshipful Company of Farmers and the Worshipful Company of Fletchers Companies joined together in the 1980s to develop the freehold site owned by the Farmers Company at 3 Cloth Street. The project came to fruition with the laying of the foundation stone by the Rt. Hon. The Lord Mayor of London in 1986.
The Farmers Fletchers Hall in Cloth Street was opened in June 1987 by HRH The Princess Royal, Past Master and Liveryman.
The Hall is administered by a joint management company drawn from both the Farmers and Fletchers Companies. The Hall was opened by HRH The Princess Royal in 1987 and offers superb facilities in the heart of the City.

The Farmers & Fletchers Livery Hall is managed on behalf of Farmers Fletchers Hall Limited by Chester Boyd and consists of three air conditioned interconnecting rooms which can be hired for conferences, presentations, lunches, dinners and parties.
